Some guides / suggestions:
- TitlesItem_name_type.png or Item name type.png (Example: hero_album.jpg, item_equip.jpg, hero_shard.png) It will make it easier to search for the same type of files and edit in the images by hand. </span>
- Image size for the same group of images should be the same so it looks neat and organized. Currently our item icons are uploaded by different people but it can easily be updated with a new version. Higher quality & size is better.
- Hero icon radius is 5px (rounded rectangle selection). It is usually found under gray item details.
- For handling a large number of files you can batch process them in photoshop by Files>Scripts>Load Files into Stack, rename the layers into their proper file names and save them by Files>Scripts>Export Layers to Files. To remove the number sequence before the file name see this thread. To convert hyphens to spaces/underscores see how to tweak photoshop output settings.
- To batch process screencapping, take a video recording of the game. You can either take a snapshot manually or create animage sequence using VLC. (You can run Bluestacks and record your desktop . )
- Upload multiple files in the wiki at once via: Special:MultipleUpload For file name mistakes, you can rename them before uploading. Only admins can rename files after.

Stuff for discussion:
- Formatting of item pages. Where do we put the relevant details, Infobox or Body? Should we make a new template to accomodate all information?
- Recipe layout : My suggestion is to create collapsible trees so users won't have to access numerous pages.

- Additional tip: instead of manually transcribing details, you can edit the image into black(text) and white(bg) and run them to an OCR This way you don't have to type everything from scratch, but do check for spelling / syntax mistakes.
