Gauntlet

The Gauntlet consists of 15 waves. After each wave is complete, a reward of a random item (shards and Heroes included) is added to a large number of gold and/or Dragoncoins. The Gauntlet can be reset once per day and unlocks at Level 30.

Hero Camp

You can hire 1 Hero (level and stars based on your own level in increments of 5) per stage of gauntlet, or for a single mission (both normal and elite) for the cost of 2 gems. Additional use of the same hero in the same day is 20 gems.

Rewards

After every successful wave completed, you are offered a brown chest. Brown chests contain gold and random common items; the amount of gold and rarity of the items increase the further you go in the gauntlet. After every 3rd victory, you will receive a red chest (a total of 5 for the whole gauntlet). Red chests contain Dragoncoins (1st: 100, 2nd: 200, 3rd and 4th: 300, final chest: 400 for a total of 1300 DC), gold, and rare items. For Android users only, your first red chest will contain the hero Hecate. It is not uncommon to receive Blue or Purple items, purple and/or hero shards. Red chests one through four may even contain whole 1★ Heroes, final 5th chest may rarely reward you even with a 2★ hero.

Completing the gauntlet with VIP 8 earns you approx. 1.0 - 1.1 million Gold per run, however, without VIP 8 you can earn only as much as about 800k per run.

Gauntlet Mall

There are a total of 12 items sold here:

• Two of either 5x Prometheus shards, 5x Hecate shards (at 500 Dragoncoins each), or 5x Helen shards (800 Dragoncoins)
• All three heroes now appear on every refresh
• 2 EXP consumables like Wisdom Potions, Wisdom Salves, and Wisdom Cakes
• 8 Rare/Epic items.

Refreshing

You can restock and possibly see new items in the store if you refresh by either waiting for 9pm EST everyday or paying 10 Dragoncoins to refresh. The cost increases if you want to refresh more: 20, 50, etc. This cost resets back to 10 Dragoncoins at 5am EST.
